  • The Ultimate car wash package is not worth the price! My mats were still soaking wet when I got in my car and still dirty. They also did a pretty shotty job vacuuming. I have three dogs and I understand you're not going to be able to get every tiny hair... but I just spent 45 minutes using their "free" vacuums vacuuming out my car myself. All the dog hair, blanket fuzz, etc vacuumed up easily so basically they just did a poor job. Also, they broke the little cover to my auxiliary port, honestly though I always have my aux cable plugged in so it's not worth arguing about. BTW, they said nothing to me about breaking it which I would have appreciated at least an oops sorry. Also, my windows especially the back one was super streaky still. The upside is that it was pretty quick but should be for the quality of work they do. I got 50% off my next wash because I purchased the Ultimate package. Sadly, I don't think I'll be using it though. So, I am giving this place four stars because when I complained about everything the manager, Adam apologized and offered another Ultimate package for free. He also told me that when I come in again that he will personally see to it that I have a better experience. He also said that every technician should be treating the cars like it's their own, which I agree. Also, he re-cleaned the windows himself. Big thanks to manager Adam.
