  • I received an email saying they buy managed properties for $1,000 each. I was intrigued, so I called and left a message. I also emailed. No reply. I waited 2 weeks, and called again. Again had to leave a message, and no reply. I told two other agents about this company, and had them call. Hey, it's a good price - if it is real. They both called. Both left messages. No one called them back. Ever. We all tried again a month later. NO return calls to any of us. And yet we continue to get what I now consider to be SPAM almost weekly saying they are buying new accounts. Why advertise if you don't respond to numerous people who call based on your advertising?? Can't recommend them, since they don't seem responsive to even the leads their own advertising generates.
