  • disgusting Disgusting DISGUSTING!!! The coffee makes people sick, the food is greasy or burned. We were giving this place the benefit of the doubt because they use to have a good staff but over the past year it has gone down hill. I stopped ordering food and only ordered coffee but over time that started making myself, co-workers and other employees in the plaza sick. Even customers would tell us how bad this location was. Today I went in for a coolata and there were brown things floating in my drink. The nasty Caucasian women with long redish-brown hair rolled her eyes as she remade the drink. But the second time it had more brown gunk in it. She claimed it was from the syrup (which is wasn't) because I've gotten this drink before. As I asked for my money back, she said, "Oh I know what it is, I just cleaned the machine it should be better is time. But I was already irritated from her disrespectful attitude and lack of good higene. The manager (very kind) came over and gave me my money back. As I was telling him about his horrible employee she came over and attempted to argue with me, I should have treated her like she treated me but that's what krama is for. Aparently im a bad person for wanting a clean drink. Definitely wont be going back here. This location should be reported to the health department.
