  • I find Cowboy Ciao hit or miss. It is a great concept (mixing Italian with southwestern cooking). The first time I went, I had the Pig in Palenta and it was amazing! The whole experience was enjoyable. I have been there a few times since and the food and staff have been just so so. The choped salad is consistently legit. Everything else I've had have been hit or miss.
