| - Mike is dishonest and rude. This is the second time I have used this facility. The first time was about 6 months ago and I thought I'd never go back after that time but this time, I thought another chance might be in order, so I went in. BOTH time Mike tried to upsell me, but it's not ok when he makes you feel STUPID for not doing what he suggests. He tried to talk me into a wax today. Well, my car had just been rubbed out and waxed less than 6 months ago and looked just fine, he tried to "prove" how wrong I was. Then, for the SECOND time, he tried to slip an upcharge by me... I guess he thinks customers won't notice but when you are on a strick budget, you notice. The first time I thought it was an oversight in that he changed me for extra service but never mentioned to it me. When all was said and done, after he ARGUED WITH ME and told he that he did tell me about the charge (THE FACT is HE LIED) then he took it off. This time I asked for the $15.99 wash. When I was walking to the cashier, I noticed I got a ticket for the $19.99 wash. It was a mess to correct and he made a absolute scene and ARGUED with me in front of other customers for over 3 minutes!!! He also lied to my face and told me I asked for "the works" wash when in fact, I NEVER mentioned a wash by name, only price. The issue was fixed but now I am SURE I will never be back to any Cobblestone. TNT is right near by and I've been there 20 times and never an issue at all AND they do a good job. Danny's also is outstanding for when I am east of home. First you don't argue with a customer in front of customers, you don't try and shame them into buying more than they came in for and you certainly don't try and cheat and steal for a few lousy bucks to make some quota or something!! The only ray of sunshine here was the cashier who was sweet and accomidating and told me she'd speak to her manager about the whole ordeal. She should NOT have to clean up messes left by Mike or anyone! If Mike had fixed the "mistake" without complaint like he should have, then I would have gone on with my day. But arguing with me, telling me (in essense, that I lied to him) is totally beyond the pale and I will tell everyone I know to STAY AWAY as I will from now on.
