  • The atmosphere was great and it was located close to my gate which made it convenient to wait there for my flight but Heather the bartender was not friendly. She made it known that she didn't want to be at work and didn't smile once. I think what upset me the most was the gentlemen next to me was trying to get her attention because he had been waiting 10 minutes roughly and still hadn't been served and she looked at him and very rudely said "hold on!" Umm...she served two other couples that sat after him. He wasn't rude or pushy but it was obvious she wasn't in the mood to serve him. If you aren't going to treat your customers with a least a smile then don't work in customer service.
