  • For the price they charge, the quality of rooms is unacceptable. A regular room cost almost 400 dollars per night. As soon as I walked into the room, I was greeted by a chemical smell, an unreasonablely loud AC unit, and a small window that didn't open. The room was like a cheap hospital room, although even that would have been better. The front lobby had cardboard boxes stacked on the front desk and area around the desk. Just overall, the entire quality of the lobby, the room, hallways and building itself was just poor. I canceled my stay the day I arrived (and paid for a wasted night, but I couldn't bear to stay here), and I got a less-expensive room at The Scott, which is better environment with cleaner, more open room. If you are coming for vacation and want to enjoy your nights, do NOT stay at this Aloft!
