  • Took our Oreck sweeper in for repair. Kevin was working and said he'd take a look at it, but they don't have parts for our model. He called within an hour to say motor was really straining and overheating due to prolonged clog. We went back to store and bought a model Kevin recommended. He was very friendly and helpful. Tried out vacuum tonight and we are very happy!!
