  • I came here today for some relaxation after work. The place was clean and had a lot of workers but was still busy which is to be expected everyone seems to stop after work. My only complaint when I went to check out the girl didn't ask me or tell me about the tip process. Most places lets you write a tip on the final charge and total it up but instead she said you needed to tell me. I felt bad and I am not the type to not give a tip for good work. I ended up driving to the mall across the highway and back to find an atm to take out extra money to tip her. If I haven't been there before how would I know I have to tell the lady to add the tip. If you are not going to give the option to write the additional amount then the workers should be politely asking would you like to add a tip? Prior to finishing the charge.
