  • My window quit working on my car around 9am... did a quick search on google looking for repair companies in my area and found Phoenix Power Window Repair. Called them up and talked with Jason. He was able to give me a quote (which was reasonably priced) and told me that there schedule was pretty full today but was gonna call one of his techs to see if he would be able to fit me in. Jason called me back with in 10mins and told me he would be able to get his tech out anywhere between 1pm-3pm. Jason also advised me that his tech would give me a call when he was 30mins away which I liked because I wouldn't have to sit around the house during that 2hr window. I asked about the parts that would be used on my car and was happy to know that they use OEM parts! I received a call at 1:30p from the tech and he told me that he was 30 mins away. He was at my Door at 1:57p! Techs names were Kenny and James, they were very professional and got right to work. I watched them work for a couple of mins and could tell how skillful they were. I also liked how careful they were not to scratch the exterior of the door panel. Quality workmanship if you ask me! Door was fixed within 20 mins of them showing up. Quick function test to make sure I was happy with it and they were done! The check out process was painless. They had a iPad and asked if I wanted an emailed receipt. I paid the bill with my card and was done! I will use them again as another one of my windows is starting to slow down. I highly recommend Phoenix Power Window Repair!!! This place is what customer service is all about!
