  • I have been wanting to write a review for a while. Maybe this will help someone. I went in for an exam with Erica Bigos (or aka Erica El-Annan, aka Elannon). She looked at X-rays I had done at my previous appointment 6 months prior. Suddenly she decided I needed a ton of work done. I was very surprised because I have always been told that I have amazingly healthy teeth, and she was looking at old X-rays. In fact, at now 45 years old, I have only had 2 tiny cavities in my whole life. She told me that I needed several cavities filled and that in one of the cavities, I shouldn't be alarmed if I looked at my insurance bill, but she said that she was going to bill my insurance for a root canal, but was really only filling a cavity. Is that insurance fraud???? I never went back. It has been several years now and guess what? I have needed NO work done at all. Horrible. I should have looked her up on google under both of her names before going to her.
