  • We have been coming to this location for 10+ years. The entire staff is wonderful with phenomenal customer service! My husband took me in to buy a new wedding ring and boy did I leave with more than that. Their trade in program is fantastic! John, the assistant manager, treated my husband and I like family. They got us the best bang for our buck! I did not feel pressured or pushed to buy in any way. We will definitely be back and we tell all our friends and family about Kay's at the outlets!
