Another example of how 0 stars need to be available. I was scheduled for a procedure on a Monday. On the previous Thursday I started attempted to touch base with this office due to several questions on my end. Literally every phone number went to an automated system. I called billing and billing said I need to talk to scheduling. Every other number I called went round and round with the automated system and then would disconnect me. It was extremely stressful, in addition to the procedure causing me stress. I was to prepare the day before, Sunday, and the lack of getting answers I NEEDED caused me to cancel, left a message on the only answer service I could - BILLING! Now, 8 months later, they're STILL trying to charge me $300 for a cancellation fee yet they admit they are "hard to reach" via telephone.
