  • I do NOT recommend using 24/7 Pool Services. Albert is rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Pool service should be easy. It's the exact opposite with Albert. For starters, he will not speak to my fiancé. He says that he will ONLY speak to me because I am the customer. My fiancé and I own our house together and the account which we pay Albert from, has BOTH our names on it. So if he wants to get technical...we're BOTH customers. He's quick to cash that check with both our names on it, but will only speak to me. Extremely inconvenient and doesn't even make sense. I found Albert on Thumbtack. When he first arrived at our house, he made a recommendation for our new pool (replacing the pump, filters, etc.). He drained the pool and acid washed it. He was sending us photos throughout the whole process - everything was great, until we moved in 10 days later. The pool was full of leaves and we weren't sure if the pump was running on the correct schedule. My fiancé and I texted him to ask a few questions about what we needed to do and he proceeded to tell us to be patient and if we wanted him to come out, there would be an additional $75 service call. He recently told us that he only counts someone as a customer if they've been paying for monthly service for two months --- so keep that in mind. I gave him the one key we had for the side gate. I politely asked him to bring it by the following week when doing the cleaning, so I could make copies. Another lady showed up to clean the pool and she didn't have it. I texted him again politely reminding him to stop by so I could have the key. He continues to reply with "be patient". I was being patient. It had already been over two weeks, and I just wanted my key so I could make copies, in case Albert lost it. A few days later, we reminded him that the pump was still running on manual and when he was going to fix that. If he's too busy to fix this, we can find a new pool service. His response was "why impatience? U say it's no rush and now you say that. No problem, I send the keys and the last bill". So he basically fired us as customers because we had (what I assumed) were normal questions for a new pool owner. Any question we asked, he acted like it was a HUGE inconvenience. I'm a first time pool owner, so I was relying on his expertise and guidance throughout this process. In my opinion, this company doesn't have over the top customer service.
