Honey Salt is a newly-opened restaurant near Boca Park. I would best describe the menu as American where the food is farm-to-table inspired. I ordered the Grilled Barely Buzzed Cheddar Cheese which includes cheesy true fondue, rustic sourdough and a cup of tuscan bean soup. In short, it's a grilled cheese on sourdough with a cup of bean soup. It was still one of the best grilled cheeses I've tried. The prices are on the steep side for what you get at Honey Salt but it does tout healthier and tasty options. Since they're fairly new and probably still working out kinks in their system, service can be extremely slow at times. Nevertheless, I'll be returning to try their warm bread pudding which I hear is divine.
