  • Absolutely terrible. Made an appointment for 9:15, arrived on time, sat around for a half hour, and THEN they told me that "they couldn't find their waxer." Might have been a good thing to know at 9:15 when I got there, but whatever. The front desk staff was terrible as well. Grunting and pointing more than actually speaking and doing anything. Biggest waste of time, and terrible atmosphere.
