  • I am relocating from southern California in July. I checked out 1/2 dozen or so new complexes. Most were really nice. I did fall in love with Alta Paradise. Mainly because, it seems like a resort in paradise. They are not even completed with the construction and you can see how they pay attn to every detail. The staff is amazing! I have been there 3-4 times looking,asking questions etc. They always spent so much time with me and helped in every way they could. The Manager actually talked me into a less expensive unit. Who does that?? I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live with a staff that cares. Very rare today to find that.. :)
