It is pretty common to be on a long line in the morning at this location.
I had a rude staff today. She was very inpatient to a lady who was ahead of me. The lady was trying to use an app to pay, but she (staff) was keep telling her "if it't not xxx, then you can't use it", something like that, finally the lady was upset because the staff did not understand what she really wanted to do.
Same staff took care of me, I asked her "Can I get a chocolate croissant and..." and she said "Chocolate croissant donuts?" and I pointed out the picture on the menu. She said "We don't have that anymore. I don't know why it's still there" with bad attitude like why I didn't know better. I was kind of upset the way she said it and her face expression was pretty obvious that she was irritated that I was not ordering quick and clear enough for her. I was on the line for 10 minutes and treated by her like crap. My frosted donut was put away upside down so frost was on the bottom of the paper bag...
Usually I don't mind waiting especially when they are busy. But I was not expected to receive this kind of service. Very very disappointing.
I used to be a server so I am very patient when it comes to waiting on line and such. But the customer service I got today in here was totally unacceptable. They need to retrain her.
