  • I wish I could give 0 stars to this place for their lack of communication and bad customer service. However I will give 1 star because the girl at the front desk was very nice and apologetic for her bosses mistakes. I dropped off a few items to be dry cleaned and upon my return they tried to add an additional $40 to the bill for a jacket that is supposedly "leather". The old lady who took the items read all the tags and gave me a price as well as took my information. I would like to know why no one bothered to call. I requested to have my jacket back because had I known that's what they would charge I would have declined, but unfortunately it was at a dry cleaners other than their establishment and now I will have to make a second trip back tomorrow because of their lack of communication. In my line of work if I miss quote someone it is not worth losing their business so I honor the quoted price even if I am out of pocket. It's okay though, I will not be coming back after I get my jacket and I also met a few nice people who were waiting in line behind me who I shared this incident with and they will not be getting dry cleaning done there either.
