  • I went to their S. Pecos Rd., Las Vegas location yesterday with Groupon coupon that included oil/filter change, 27 point inspection, and tire rotation. They changed the oil but did not do any 27 point inspection and said they can not do tire rotation that day and gave me a rain check for that. They just said that everything is fine in inspection without doing any thing. Today when I just happened to check the engine oil level I found that they had not put required amount of engine oil and it was at the low level mark on oil dip stick. I went there today again and they put more oil after I showed it to them. I asked for tire rotation and they again said they can not do it today also. This place seems to highly unethical and I will not be surprised if they put insufficient oil intentionally as nobody will find it out. They got the money for 27 point inspection and tire rotation but did not do it. They know nobody is going to drive to their place again for tire rotation. Their regular price for oil change is $13.99 and that is all they did, that too without putting required amount of engine oil. I am not going near them again and do not recommend this place.
