  • The only people who I felt comfortable with during my visit were the MA, phlebotomist, and ultrasound technician. The NP and MD (Dr. Reddy) were extremely rude, did not listen, and cut me off while I was speaking. Dr. Reddy was incredibly dismissive, and insinuated that my symptoms weren't "that bad", which made me feel like I was crazy. I felt like she was implying that I simply made all of my symptoms up (despite the lab data that said otherwise - hence the visit). My symptoms might not be very "bad" compared to someone with extreme symptoms, but for me, my symptoms were not normal. That is why I made the medical appointment in the first place. Obviously I will not be returning. Additionally, I waited well over 90 minutes to be seen, and the front office staff were incredibly unprofessional. I cannot stress enough how negative and terrible this appointment was.
