  • not even a one star..We got bed and chest with mirror on black friday ,they said delivery will take time so we were ok with that they came for delivery on dec 10 ,delivery guys were pathetic ,unpacked things on road from ,then brought it inside,to find pieces of bed were broken.Which they took photograph and said will call you back,my husband call customer service,they said we will call you back before thursday.our day was wasted,later we discovered one of drawers too was broken,which they did not told...we were waiting for call on thursday ,with no call i called them on customer service number,they said they will call now by friday.its all edges and mess in bedroom ,got injured twice ,my husband tipped off once from those wooden long parts.customer service said i dont know how much long it may take to be redelivered .pathetic delivery,pathetic customer support..we will never buy anything from ashley anymore..for sure will refer other friends not to do so....low quality furniture which started chipping ..(chest with mirror)..we are going to return all stuff if response not received within 1 day...pathetic
