Reviews are something that we don't take lightly and because of our experience with Western Honda was so above and beyond we felt like we had to write this.
We started with John in sales, our experience with him was nothing short of excellent. There was no playing games, there was no issues with miscommunication, and it was just an honest guy tryign to help fit us with what we needed at the best price they could.
The tipping point for us came with the Josh and his service department.
Because of JOSH ALONE we will be purchasing and doing all of our work on vehicles and parts through Western Honda. We had a very tall order for Josh on our newly purchased 17' Pioneer 1000-5 Delux (about 20 odd line items of parts and service). Not only did he push to get our jobs done in a timely manner, he did what he could to not cut corners rush/ and deliver a quality product (which meant we weren't able to pick up the vehicle a day early like we wanted, but he would not risk his reputation or our safety by rushing).
When everything was said and done he was ETHICAL & HONEST! This is what drove us to write this review. On accident we had added about $700 extra of parts and labor (we had a list of items we wanted and gave to parts) which the vehicle already came with. Instead of keeping our money or charging us restock or doing anything that anyother shop would do, he actually called me back let me know about the discrepancy and had a check made for us. Any questions or concerns he answered immediately and helped guide with what was best. He is always quick to get back with updates and provided the best customer service we have ever experienced in this kind of industry. Hats out to Western, if there is anything Honda related that anyone needs there is no one else to go to. Great team, great prices, and AMAZING customer service.
