  • NO. NO. NO... NOOOOOOO! I'm new to Las Vegas and needed to see a doctor within a couple of weeks of my arrival... first time I went to this facility I had an okay experience but I felt it was over priced as it was twice as much as I've paid at other urgent care facilities. I'm a flight attendant and am exposed to several hundred people on a daily basis which adds up to being exposed to all types of contagious illnesses everyday. I had to return to the doctor yesterday and since I'd already been seen at this place I just thought I return as they already had taken all of my information. Because my job exposes me to so many people we are not allowed to work when we have a contagious illness. We do however, as per our contract are required to provide a doctors note for the time we remain contagious. The doctor did not give me an actual diagnosis but he did confirm I was contagious and I would be for about 7-10 days but he would only write me a note for 2 days. I was there for 2 full hours and there was only one person in the waiting room who was waiting for someone in an exam room. In the 2 hours I was there I only heard one other person leave an exam room. After a long wait a nurse called me into an exam room. I saw the nurse for ten minutes, waited 45 minutes and when the doctor finally came in he stayed for five minutes. He left the room saying he would be right back but never returned. The receptionist finally came into the room to get me and said the doctor called in a prescription. I had not received a diagnoses from him so I asked her what it was. She said Flonase. I said isn't that an over the counter medication. She said, no there is a prescription version. The pharmacy disagreed (big surprise) I sat in that germ infested office for 2 hours, paid a $40 co pay, didn't receive a diagnosis, didn't get my contagious illness validated for the period I would remain contagious and was told to go to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription that he unnecessarily called in because it was an over the counter medication. Now, with a fever and terrible cough and aching body I have to find another place to validate my illness instead of staying in bed taking care of myself. Do NOT go to this ridiculous place!!!
