  • Would not use this rental company if you can help it here in Charlotte. Find a private person because this corporation does not take care of their properties, do not do the work necessary, break things themselves and do not show up to fix, and certainly are charging an exorbitant amount for rent. The move in was stressful as windows did not open (and still don't) and they seem to think this is ok, the person doing the move in was aggressive and rude. I was warned when I got into town not to go with them (kind of hard because they are ruining the old Charlotte by buying up house after house and turning these lovely neighborhoods in nothing but rentals that they do not take care of) and now I know why. Now they are called Invitation Homes. House was in serious neglect including pest problems and they have done nothing and did nothing. Thank goodness I have some pride in where I live and am willing to take care of things.
