rev:text	DO NOT GO HERE!!! These people are incredibly rude, and have no idea what they are doing. I have no idea how they even managed to get a license for their salon, much less a 4-star rating on Yelp. I went in to get a Japanese straight perm, a procedure that I've had done twice previously (at a salon on the other side of the country - not here) with excellent results. My hair seemed to look great when I left initially. I felt a brittle "crunchy" spot on the top of my head, but assumed that it would return to normal when I washed my hair three days later. WRONG! Over the next week or so, all of the hair in that spot BROKE OFF about 1/8" from the scalp, leaving a HUGE BALD SPOT on top of my head. Not only that, but the rest of my hair was coming out in clumps every time I ran my fingers through it. When I went back to the salon and showed them, they not only refused to take responsibility or refund my money, but actually BLAMED MY HAIR, saying that there must be something wrong with it!!! I actually had very thick, healthy hair prior to this incident, but regardless......as a hair stylist, if you thought there was something soooo wrong with my hair in the first place, then why would you even agree to perform the treatment on it??!! I've lost about 2/3 of my hair at this point, and filed a complaint with the Nevada State Board of Cosmetology. If you're still not convinced to stay far, far away from this place, just look at the photos - they speak for themselves.
