  • I emailed photos of my leaky water heater and spoke with Helen. She had her husband Jerry look at the photos and they were able to give me a very fair quote for replacing it without having to drive to my house. She explained what was to take place. Jerry stopped by to introduce himself. I appreciated meeting the owner. His plumber, Wayne, was very professional, efficient, friendly, and neat. He explained the process and answered my miscellaneous questions and was friendly with the neighbors who stopped by out of curiosity. I highly recommend them and will call them if I have any other plumbing issues.
