  • I'm stingy with the 5-stars but this place has earned it. Check engine light came on during my first CLE winter and I was really worried by the awful burning smell... Also needed an oil change and something weird was going on with the stereo. They contacted me several times throughout the day to approve services and what I paid was actually a little less than what they had quoted. I brought my pickup back in when the tires needed to be balanced after the previously mentioned CLE winter and the related pothole took their toll and again had a great experience. In the first encounter, what really pushed them up to the 5-star range was when Sam told me he checked the break lights and noticed the ones above the rear windshield were out because the light was filled with water. He not only replaced the lights but took the time to drill some small holes in the light so that any water that got in would drain out and I wouldn't have the same thing happen again. It was something small and simple that he absolutely did not have to take the time to do, but did anyway. Above and beyond, they've earned my business as long as this city continues to beat up my vehicle!
