  • We had a fantastic experience with Dave. He was friendly, informative and helpful. The technicians that did our install were also very friendly and polite. We talked to multiple other companies but decided to go with cool zone because of the amazing customer service experience and competitive prices. Dave even came out after the install to make sure everything was up and running and help us set up our new thermostat. We're glad we went with such a great company and will definitely use them in the future!
