  • I was waiting for a haircut next door and decided I would come over to L'mour Nails to get a fill with gel polish. I had been there before many times when I lived in that area and when the previous owner owned it. I sat down and a man did my fill. Everything seemed to be fine when I left. The very next day my thumb nail polish had a huge chip taken out of it. This is not supposed to happen with gel nor had it ever happened before and I've been having my nails done for years. So I returned and a nice lady helped me and told me that there no longer any Acrylic on it. She applied new acrylic and polish and said the rest seemed fine. 4 days later another nail had a huge chunk of polish taken out of it. I retuned again and another not very nice lady helped me and treated me poorly after I explained the situation. She reapplied the polish again and told me that the reason it was happening was because my nails were old. Ummm sure. The very next day 2 more nails broke. Completely fed up I went to my regular nail salon to have all of my nails repaired. I was told that the person who did my nails in the first place completely over drilled and damaged the acrylic so no wonder they were breaking and chipping. So in a week I've spend $65 for a fill with gel polish. Don't recommend!
