ZERO STARS: I hate giving negative feedback, but i was disappointed in too many things to stay quiet. When i first called to make my appointment, i was largely dissatisfied with the quality and the care with which my call was handled. When I arrived on location for my appointment I felt like I was walking into somebody's house instead of a place of business. At the appointment I was offered ice to decrease the amount of pain upon injection. Instead of retrieving the ice, the nurse tried to upsell me for 20 minutes. however when the nurse returned to the room with the Dysport she began injecting immediately. When I asked about the ice she said my next appointment is here and we don't have time for that . Upon completion of the injections, the nurse immediately applied arnica; I asked her what it was and she stated that it was a plant-based antibacterial clotting aid that would reduce the bruising. So I asked if she noticed on the paperwork under allergies that I had literally written that I'm allergic to all plant-based supplements. She immediately wiped it off without apologizing and told me I was done, Then she wrote on my treatment records that Arnica was not applied. When i asked for a receipt and/or proof that we had done business, they offered me a hand written reciept. When I made a joke about "how do I know that it wasn't just saline solution in the syringe," everyone grew nervously quiet.
