| - The tech came out and did some troubleshooting. The Tech said I needed to replace the drain hose. He asked how much I wanted to pay of the 221.80. I told him I can pay all of it if he promises to be there on Friday (3/2). I advised him I will be there all day and to come by any time.
On Friday afternoon since I have not received any call, I called the office at 4:18pm x2. This guy said they will look in to it and hung up. Called again, and spoke to a female. I found out the installer for the drain hose didn't even work on Friday, they just got the part they ordered. We agreed on the phone that they will be out by 7:45am and be gone by 8am. I made sure then knew my installers for my counters tops were coming at 8am. I told them on Friday (3/2) I will not allow this company to start work past 8am. Make sure they are on time. I have records too! Missed appointment #2
Originally agreed time was Friday, then I called them to get them there the next morning. Not them calling me to reschedule, they are getting their wires twisted at this point I don't like where this is going.
My contractors were installing the counter tops all day and was able to be at my place on time, they are getting a great review despite a few critical mistakes. At least they showed up on time and completed the job.
On 3-2 @ 4:18 pm the office did agree to come out on 3-3 to install the drain hose. I told them and they agreed to be there however the install from Mr. Appliance called me @ 8:13 am still 30 - 45 mins from getting here, to advise me he was no his way. My counter top installers drove up right at 8am on the dot as expected. By the time Billy (installer from Mr. Appliance) called, the counter top installers were already unloading the countertops and plywood. This is Missed appointment #3
3/29 @ 8:34 am I get a email that they are showing up the next day without me confirming this appointment. I never called them. I went on Amazon ordered the part they said I needed. It didn't work. The dishwasher would never have worked anyways, with their part order - the pump was bad.
Today 3 months later.... We talked to Citicard again. While they don't want to reopen the dispute and the problems in my house was fixed by someone more competent; the company got paid for doing absolutely nothing. Citibank doesn't want me to close any of my accounts, so they gave me permanent credit. If you want a honest opinion, I would rather replace my appliance then have this company ever in my house. Besides they will only come when they want to anyways.
