Not a good place to bring your car. There's one mechanic who fixed my car. It needed a new belt, but he didn't fix it right. He made it far more worst. He said there was a missing bolt to hold the alternator bracket and he couldn't fix it. After he put the new belt on, my car made a squeaking noise, undriveable. I've kept it there overnight because they said they will fix it. When i picked it up the next day, it was still the same. I couldn't drive it because of how loud the noise was and it wasn't safe to drive. But when i took it to my actual mechanic, they were able to fix what was broken. The squeaking noise disappear. Big O Tire in Maryland is a bad service because they don't seem to know how to fix the problem that other people can. They told me that i have to look for the part in a junkyard because they've discontinued the part for my car. Then why is it that my mechanic can fix the issue? I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. These guys are just going to rip you off.
