  • In all fairness, this medical office deserves a 1 star rating. It's always crowded, and dirty, and the staff is so rude it's unbelievable! I've also received a bill from here before, for something that was already paid, and when I called to speak with the financial person about it, she never answered the phone and her voicemail was always too full to leave a message, so I had to wait until my next appt here, at which point she said I didn't owe anything. Soooo frustrating!!! That being said.... my Nurse Practitioner - Renee Ostin - is honestly the best "dr" I've ever seen in my life - and I've seen a lot! She's incredibly thorough, and finds things that are so minuscule I wouldn't have even mentioned them, and then she fixes them. Yes, it takes forever to see her! I always try to get in to see her right at the beginning of the morning before she starts running too late, and normally I'm still in the waiting room an hour before I see her. But she's 100% worth it!! She always remembers who I am, and asks about my family, unlike other dr's who look at your chart really quick before you go in to remember what's going on with you. She actually cares about her patients. She is the entire reason I'm giving this place a 4 star review. Hands down I would give her a 10 star, and the office a 1 star.
