rev:text	BEWARE!! It's a membership! But there's more if you read on! I will start by saying the staff is pretty friendly. I will go on to say that I was happy with the initial set of lashes but about 2 weeks after the first touch up, as my natural lashes began to grow, my right eye felt terribly bruised. That's when I noticed that almost my entire lash line on the right side had been glued together. They advertise individual lash extensions and that's not what I received. It's very painful to have your lashes slowly pulled out because it's glued to another lash. I had pretty thick lashes to begin with and now I hardly have any left on my right eye . When I called to cancel my membership, I was told there is only 2 ways to do it: 1- Bring in a signed note from my doctor stating I can no longer have eyelash extensions put on. 2- Prove that I lived over 30 miles from any of their studios. I wasn't told about this policy when I joined but I guess that may be in the fine print? All I could do was suspend the membership while I have a legal expert look over the language of this garbage deal and report it to the BBB. I don't understand how I don't receive the services advertised which are individual lash extensions (I could have glued my eyelashes together myself without a membership) and how any reputable business could have such outlandish requirements to back out after such a bad experience. Not worth my time or money. I have had lash extensions done before with no issues prior to this but I figured this location was more convenient and seemed legit. It's not....
