| - This hotel was not bad. I stayed here using my friend's timeshare. The overall hotel was clean. The guest service desk was great. Check in was fast and with no pressure, even though my friend wasn't there. Every person working there were very friendly. I love the full kitchen with the dishwasher. Love the two TVs (one in living room and one in bedroom). The fridge was able to make ice, which is another plus. There was a charging station (2 plugs) for electric vehicle, which no one uses so it was great for me. The room was relatively quite, with some exceptions. Wifi wasn't fast, but it wasn't slow either. Just fast enough to use it. I was able to stream youtube videos with no problems.
Here is the reason for my nitpicking 3 stars.
1.One of the burners on the stove didn't really work, but the other three worked fine. Wasn't a big deal, but I didn't realized this until 30 minutes after waiting for my food to heat up. Could have ate sooner had I known this. The oven had no pan or grill so I had to go buy one. I wish they had stock the room with bigger bowls too. The bowls were too small, and could only use it for cereal. I'm Asian and like to boil my food. I had to use the baking bowls for my boiled food.
2.The alarm was set to midnight so the first night I was there, it scared me. I guess it's not really the hotel's fault, because I'm sure they didn't set it. I just wish they had checked it while cleaning and turned it off after the guest had checked out.
3.There was no fan in the bathroom so if one of your friend's made a stinky, you're stuck smelling it throughout the place. I wish they had public restrooms in the hallway or at least first floor. For a room that can accommodate 4 people, it would be nice to have an emergency public restroom in the building.
4. The jacuzzi was great, but it wasn't very clean. The first time I tried to use it I found hair so I didn't turned it on. I drained the hair and the second time I used it I turned it on and saw a whole bunch of dark particles in the water. Not sure what it was, but I didn't want to find out so I just drained the water and went to clean myself off in the shower.
5. There was a bag on the ground next to the EV charging station that look like one of those dog shit bag that was never picked up the whole 4 days I was there. There was something inside, but I didn't want to find out. The maintenance people were charging there work vehicles next to it so someone must have seen it.
6. It was very loud when people shower, or maybe using the jacuzzi. Just loud, you can hear the water pressure very clearly.
Overall, I did enjoy my stay here, even with my nitpicking negative points. I did not use the pool or exercise room while I was there. Just didn't have the need for it. I really like it that it was away from the strip and the casino next door (South Point) was cheap. They had $5 blackjack, roulette, crap, etc.
