  • I HIGHLY suggest that you don't waist your money. I went there because their website was well designed and they have some 2 salon packages. When I got there the lady at the front desk knew nothing about these packages and they were not posted on the board. I had no other choice because I was going out in the night and I had to get my eye brows, feet and nails done. I got my eye brows threaded, nothing special. I got a spa pedicure done, which was $45 dollars. Their massage chairs really hurt my pack so I had to turn it off. The lady who did the pedicure did not do a good job, had to instruct her on problem spots that she had missed, and the mask she put on my legs and feet, she did not wash it off properly because it was all over the back of my leg when i got home. Anyways, that's not what i am mad about. I ended up doing the SHELLAC nail polish. I've had it done at a spa before for only $25 on yonge st. and it lasted me 2 weeks. They charge $30(I did it because i was doing everything else there) and 2 nails started to peel after 5 days!!! I called the manager Sujan and her exact works "Sorry some of the employees are not so skilled as others, you have to come today though or else we wont fix it "If you go on the CND website it states 14-day wear:) http://www.cnd.com/Products/Color/shellac-hello.aspx I argued with her and finally she said OK you can come Friday but I will only fix one nail. Honestly, i usually argue with people but I give up. Hopefully writing this review will make them loose some customers, because they definitely lost me!
