  • We received a $70 bill from this company for a Website Backup Service Plan. It looked official and was sent from WebsiteBackup Dependable Backup Protection. Attempted to call them during the business hours listed on the bill, however, I was placed on hold and after 30 minutes realized that I wasn't going to be connected with a live human. We have never done business with this company. They have not backed up any websites for us. We filed a complaint with US Postal inspection service at http://ehome.uspis.gov/fcsexternal/default.aspx It is important to keep a copy of the bill and a copy of the postmarked envelop.
