I was not too pleased with my experience here. I came with a family member to look for a wedding dress. I brought pictures of dresses I liked with me and had a style in mind. My salesperson greeted me when I walked in the door, but didn't introduce herself to me. I thought she was a receptionist until she led me to a dressing room and started grabbing gowns for me to try on. I explained to her that what I liked was a classic ball gown style with some lace or beading. What she grabbed were a bunch of sleek fit and flare dresses with rouching and lots of details. One dress was covered in beading and another was full of ruffles at the bottom. Even though these weren't the dresses I had in mind, I tried them on since she said they would be good with my shape. I was not impressed.
I also didn't like how she said we had an hour time limit and to make sure we didn't run out of time, she basically threw me in dress after dress without giving me a chance to evaluate what I was wearing. She was literally pushing me into the dressing room and then back out by the mirrors as quickly as she could. I was getting overwhelmed and left without finding a dress I liked or getting to try on the style I was interested in. When I told her I wouldn't be making a purchase that day, she looked annoyed and kept reminding me that I wouldn't be getting 10% off accessories if I didn't purchase by that weekend. A measly 10% off accessories is not going to get me to purchase a dress I don't even like. Needless to say, I didn't come back.
