  • Had a terrible, terrible experience at their Sossaman location. Don't take anything of value to this establishment--they are dishonest, untrustworthy, and careless. They ruined my wedding dress, lost my crown and veil, and would not give us a refund for it or even own up to the mistake. Working with them through the whole ordeal was a nightmare. It's devastating to have your dress ruined, but the lack of communication and integrity has made this the worst experience I've ever had with a business.
