What I really dislike about this place is the checkout. There is always a line of 5 or more people and maybe two cashiers. They need to prioritize and streamline the checkout. One time the sales person who couldn't be more than 22 yrs old repeatedly called me "hunn" every time she asked me a question: "How are you today, Hunn?" "Did you find everything you were looking for, Hunn?" "Do you have a rewards car, Hunn?" I found it extremely condescending.
Other than that, it's basically an effective, full service drugstore. I've gotten my hair trimmed here, which was straightforward and easy--came to about 40$. I've had acceptable to good experiences with their sales associates when asking about a specific product or for help.
