  • A sales person (owner? See picture of business card) used strong arm tactics to sell overpriced windows to an elderly relative. Nice guy - he even arranged financing for 8 years at 17.99% interest. She has excellent credit, so that wasn't the reason for the high interest rate. After many calls and contacting an attorney, we were able to cancel the contract. Mark showed up less than an hour after we cancelled trying to talk us into re-signing. Predatory.
