  • They originally quoted me 20 days to fix my car (including weekends) it took them 30 days because they backed my car into a metal fixture and scratched my car so severely they had to replace the entire bumper (which btw don't ask for paperwork, because supposedly they don't keep any record of damaging your vehicles) and when I came to pick up my car another estimator (not the one responsible for my car) that worked there noticed one of my tires looked off so he asked to drive it around back and it turns out my entire rim was bent, meaning they were going to return a car to me with a dented rim, and I wouldn't have known until my car was being driven on the freeway and probably would have endangered me or my children. So that took another day. Then when I'm picking it up the estimator would not stop flirting with me and talking about the tattoos on my legs which was making me very uncomfortable and the front desk lady listening did not stop him or say anything until he left and apologized for his inappropriate questions. Yeah, thanks. Now I finally have my car back and it's STILL not fixed. Passenger door won't open, car pulls to the left and air conditioning is taking over 10 minutes to cool down. I have a 2016 car that's been through OONE summer. I did not previously have issues with my a/c. On top of all that I have left messages for the manager with no response. So all I can do now is tell yelp. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE! Update: the comment below says they don't have my info, but they called me 20 minutes after I left a review on yelp, which was he first call I ever received back about my complaints.
