  • these guys are pretty awesome. my laptop mysteriously would not turn on one day. i brought it in to them. they messed around with it for a couple of minutes and it worked. they sent me on my way and didn't charge me a thing. a few months later, i did have a major problem with my desktop and i brought it to them. they charged a fair price and took a reasonable amount of time to get it working properly again. i can't complain. i like taking my computer to computer "people" about as much as i like taking my car to a mechanic. i know nothing about either, and really, i'm at the mercy of whoever is fixing my problem to be honest and do good work. i don't feel taken advantage of here, and they are friendly... so five stars it is.
