Ordered a desk online for store pickup. My item was not available at the store nearest my house but was available at this store. Went to pickup the desk, found the area for online pickup and waited. After several minutes and several employees looking toward me still no one even approached the area. No one acknowledged me until I was on my out the door. Called the store from my car, asked for the store manager. Mike came on the phone, I relayed my experience and his response was"I'm here now ". I told him I was cancelling the order. He said charge would be reversed in 12-18 hours; we will see if they follow through on that. Contacted customer service and got the email equivalent of a form letter. Should have stayed with Amazon!
