  • In-laws stayed at this hotel over the Xmas holiday and have done so every year for more than a decade. They stay there every year and now won't be back. Complaints: - $10 per night to park in their empty parking lot. ( this is the first year that they have charged for parking ). - Terrible restaurant ice cold bad food at breakfast. - No shampoo / TP in the room at check-in. - Dispute over on the rate. Booked at $129, were charged $159. At check-out the 'manager' refused to honour the lower rate. I guess it is their policy to screw 80 year olds over. It is conveniently located to relatives however, next year I'll book them into the Westin downtown at a lower rate. Too bad yelp doesn't have zero or negative stars.
