  • Sir carpet stood behind their work and sent another technician out and did an excellent job!! They redeemed themselves and made us happy and satisfied customers. I wish it was done better the first time, but all is well that ends well. Thanks!! And disregard the previous review. We used Sir carpet and had poor results. We paid an extra $50 for a pet odor eliminator but the treatment was sub par. It was lazy workmanship to get in and out as fast as possible. We asked them to come back out and do the job right but again met with excuses that he cant do a full service. I guess if you do bad work, it is ok. That seems to be the company creed. They got my $115. My only recourse is a bad yelp review.
