  • Terrible staffing and very disorganized!! I showed up for my appointment and I get taken back to the computer to get checked in. The girl proceeds to tell me that they have no blood bags! Told me they would be arriving in about an hour!! I was there at 10 AM right after they opened!! Isn't it somebody's job to make sure there are bags to collect people's blood? I was SO annoyed that I arranged my whole morning around that appt. I walked out and not going back to that location. Last two times I was there the appts were a disaster!!
