| - I had my 2004 Chevy Suburban here for the COMPLETE detail package. (Per Mat, valued at over $600) I was asked to leave the vehicle over night, which I agreed to, but then called 24 hours later and found out that a buffer went out and it would be another hour and a half. I showed up to pick up the vehicle and they were still working on it. I inquired about the headliner that hadn't been touched) which the GM already approved for it to be spot cleaned. (I understand that it's not common practice to clean headliners due to the glue) I waited another 30 minutes and when I arrived it was sitting on the lot with doors open to "dry out". As I approached the vehicle it was clear that haphazard work had occurred as I found multiple spots with 50% completion, or wheel wells that hadn't been cleaned, front bumper had t been wiped down, water spots I. The handle wells.... I addressed what I saw with the attendants who quickly ax omitted my needs. After I got it home, I found MUCH more that was missed. The entire rear hatch hadn't been addressed, food and dirt remained in the door, the rubber vinyl around the doors had visible dirt. I pulled tree droppings out of the engine, I found the center console hadn't been addressed, the headlights (which were included in the package) hadn't been touched. The sun visors have visible soil/dirt, the glovebox hadn't been touched. I personally spent more than 2 hours cleaning the vehicle for what I feel like should have been done! I will never go back here again and I would encourage all others to go somewhere else to receive detail work. I attempted to attach pictures but I apparently can't, from my phone.
