  • As a regular customer, I can say I'm generally happy when I come. I find what I need and know what I want. Yesterday I came in to get some new arrows cut that I was given for Christmas, the regular shop I used to go to closed down so I wanted to see if Bass could help me. I needed everything from cutting to fletching, but instead of just telling me "we don't do that here", Bill was awesome in not only getting me the right pieces/tools I needed, but going through the process with me. He showed me how easy it was to just do it myself, even took components out of the box to go over with me. Of course I did not hesitate to purchase everything he recommended. I spent the day setting my new arrows. Thanks to his great advice, cautions and tips, it was a piece of cake and I'm back to shooting again with a new appreciation for my gear. Thanks Bill!
